I got my ICD put in this past june, and I went to see my cardiolgist for my check up and yo have another echo/stress test. Well all is good. B4 they put this in my EF was 15 and now in about 2months it is now 35. I'm feeling alittle better, even started to walk on the treadmill and lift some weights. I'm excited to know where I will be in 6 more months. This has been a hard year for me, two open heart surgeries and I almost died twice. This was a GOD send. I just would like to know how long did it take to get back to normal, I know it varies but some feed back will help alot.

I feel so blessed to have this little gem implanted in me. When I think of the alternative it is quite overwhelming sometimes.
Good news

Sounds like you are on the right track. There is really no way to know what the future holds. That's true even for those who are in excellent health.
Keep in mind that "normal" is a moving target. Even if I had never developed the AV Block and got the pacemaker, I wouldn't be normal today. I'm 5 years older!
Just keep going for it and accept the positive changes that are happening, and realize there may be some setbacks as well. It is certainly better that being double dead. G:
I wish you the best,
