I had my first pm check-up today and I think it went fairly well. I got a lot of my questions answered and they lowered the voltage and reduced my rr feature. Hopefully this will help. The question I have is during the check-up I could see the computer screen and it had 1 alert flashing. The rep clicked on it and it said "high venticular beat detected". I did not get to ask about it because she quickly clicked it off and we were talking about something else. Does anyone know what that means? I am only being paced in my atria 52%.
Thanks for always answering my questions!

That's what I was thinking when I saw it but I thought it did not pick anything up over my pacer rate. Good to know, thank you!
I can tell a difference since they adjusted things. It is better already! I guess the rate response was just too sensitive:)
Two more weeks and I will have full use of my arm back!Thank you all so much for helping me!

My eight year old son had a pacemaker since he was 6 months old. He does very well, plays soccer, baseball, and rides his bike. I am so glad he is not ashamed of his pacemaker. He will proudly show his "battery" to anyone.
not a surprise

You posted before that your hr was jumping up so it's not surprising that the report said you had a high beat. It just sounds like the pm picked it up.
