afib and bloodpressure

Hi - I just got my pacemaker last Thursday and I have been having afib the last 24 hours and my blood pressure is really high like 175/91 with a pulse of 107 - I am on flecainide and lisenopril - has this been happening to anyone else? thanks, Di

I have very short, intermittent episodes of a-fib occassionally. For me, when I do go into a-fib, my blood pressure always drops though.

I would contact your doctor, and let them know what is going on.
