feeling sick after exercise

Hello, Does anyone else suffer from sickness after exercise?
I am doing a few miles at a 12.5 miles a hour pace..... which is SLOW in terms of what I was able to do. I am 52 and have been passed for 7 years.

12.5 mph pace? That would be a sprint to me. Did you mean you have been "paced" for 7 years? That is a good long time to be living on a PM. Congratulations. To get to your question, I used to feel really bad after strenuous exercise due to the A-fib, but after getting my PM and getting it adjusted I am doing better. My exercise consists of climbing stairs and walking my big dog (actually, I think she walks me).

I suppose you mean 12.5 minutes per mile.!2.5 mph translates to sub five minute miles.Do you feel exceptionally tired? Any shortness of breath or chest pain while running?
