copper..is exposure ok?

I can't find any answers in the books, so, does anyone here know if long term exsposure to copper is detrimental to my Icd. It also paces. I want to get a Tommy copper compression shirt to help with arthritis.
any advice?

No problem with copper and the pacemaker. The pacemaker case is made of titanium which is nonreactive with copper
