You will find the answer to your questions if you give it a day or two. There are so many knowledgeable people on this site. I had a dual pacemaker fitted at the end of January this year, I had a few niggly things afterwards.. After a few appointments with the Pacing Clinic I am really good now.

I notice you are in the UK, you could ring the consultant's secretary and ask her if she has received the fax from your doctor. I have had to do chasing up in the past with my husband not hearing anything after a fax was sent by the GP to the hospital , and it turned out they never received the information sent by the doctor. I had to go back to the doctor's receptionist and get the hospital standing by the fax machine to wait for the fax to be sent again!!!

You are in charge of your own health, chase it up

Good luck, everything will sort itself out.

Try to concentrate on how you’re able to be active again and feel normal, rather than on having a machine stuck in your body.
