Stupid question.??
I've recently been monitoring my heart rate and there's a fractured lead in my icd... guess noone told me this at the drs office until my last icd ck, . And here's my???
When I lay down and move my arm a certain way my heart rate jumps to 175 to 200. The side where my pacer is, is what I'm referring to. Then, when I move a certain way it will return to normal. So. Lately I've had a sore chestwall. Could that increase of my heart rate at night and not being aware be maling me sore??? I have a apt on oct 23rd with my EP..!! I think that I should call the office amd get in asap.? I'm very concerned.

I would hope your EP had sense ennough to disable your fractured lead, but continuously sticking a pin into any tissue anywhere on your body will tend to make it sore. It might just make your heart rate go up too. Try it on your little finger about ten times and see what happens ( or maybe not - LOL).
Good luck - Dave

Something is going on, sounds like the bad lead causing problems. I would not wait until the 23rd to get it checked out.
