I went in for a lead change because it was defective andrecalled by Medtronic. So I asked to have the Unit chaned out because the battery was running low, PM tech said I had about 9 months to go before it would need to be changed anyways.
The procedure went well and I spent about 4 days resting, one night in hospital because I also hsd an ablation done and I needed to keep my leg still for 6 hours.
I had just the normal pain for three days and went Back to work Sunday Night 3rd shift.
I have had no problems so far, keep the faith and just go with the flow.
It is not that big of an operation.
