Battery replacement

I have a pacemaker since 1999. changed battery in 2005. I might need to change it within one year. my model is :
Insignia 1 Entra 1296 bipolar lead
my question is : can I chang it to medtronic using the same lead?

You can have one mfr of lead and another mfr of pm. As long as your leads work, they only change out the pm itself.
