Yes you can, I use mine all the time. I use a cellphone, welder, microwave, work on my own vehicles, chainsaw, hedge trimmer, lawnmower, power tools and anything else you can think of. Most people who get their first unit are scared to death to use or do anything. Relax, there are a lot of people with pacers and ICD's who are going to work every day and living normal lives without anyone even knowing they are implanted. Rick
