Thanks for all your replies. My PM is set at 60. Maybe there's a conflict going on between my PM and my heart rate. I think there's no way to know except if my doc is willing to monitor me while meditating. That would take about 30 mins. Maybe that could happen. My meditation style is basically Buddhist: simply watching my breath. I'm inclined to believe I'm not harming myself by this process. I think I'm still frightened by these hr alterations since I was beaten up so badly in November/December by various arrhythmias before I got my ablation and pm.
