flutters in stomach

One week on and still getting flutters in stomach when I walk out on the road with shoes on. Sounds weird but in the house in slippers no such feeling. Do you think it could be me being heavy footed and the pacemaker not embedded yet?

Sounds like you may have a pacemaker with a rate response feature. Walking around in slippers doesn’t jar your body, but hit road and the pacemaker sees the jars or vibrations as a need to make your heart beat faster. So you end up with a pacemaker saying beat faster and your heart's natural pacemaker saying I have you beating fast enough. That gives mixed signals to the heart and all sorts of feeling are possible.

If my guess is correct, see your doctor for a solution. You pacemaker may only need an adjustment.
