New Symptoms

I need some advice!
I have a pacemaker for SSS and NCS. I have now developed inappropriate sinus tachycardia. I had an episode of tachy this evening that has resulted in some rather strange and scary symptoms.
The episode started as usual with a rapid heart rate, followed by chest pain. I then began feeling intense palpatations and the sensation that my heart was skipping beats, within a few seconds, I fainted. This has all happened before and is something that I have become used to, but the symptoms that followed are what has me worried.
Soon after regaining consciousness, my nose began to bleed, I started losing feeling in my left arm and my vision has become slighty blurry. I am still having pretty intense chest pain and my heart rate hasn't dropped below 120.
Any ideas as to what may be going on? Is this cause for a trip to the ER? I have a new EP and will be contacting him tomorrow morning.

Hi,
I hope you are ok and have been seen by a doctor.
Anytime you are having symptoms like that, you should just go to the ER rather than waste the time post on here.

I am not planning on letting any of this shorten my life. I am planning on living a long happy battery operated life. You never know maybe it will keep me alive longer. I sure know one thing I would have been dead before starting school without it.
