has anyone had physical therapy for the arm on the PM side? i am 3.5 months postop and my left arm/shoulder is still a bit stiff and somewhat motion restricted. it seems that when i move in the daytime it loosens up but is stiff the next morning. any suggestions?

I too had pain and stiffness in my left shoulder after the PM implant. It has been ll months since my implant and yes, I did take Physical Therapy which helped some, but time has relieved some of the discomfort I once had. So try Physical Therapy as it might help to relieve some of the symptoms you are having.
