Celebrex & PM

I don't but my sister does and Celebrex has not bothered her. From what I can see the biggest risk from Celebrex is internal bleeding and it should not harm the pacemaker nor will it change what the pacemaker does. However, it may affect your heart which could have an impact on the effectiveness of your pacemaker in maintaining your heart rhythm. Each case can be different, so to find out what is best for you, ask your doctor. He should know if Celebrex is compatible with you and your pacemaker.

I'm 35 and got my pacemaker a little over a year ago. It definitely is not a burden to me. In fact, I have more energy (which my husband enjoys), can do more things with my kids and have weight because of having the energy.
