Are Backpack Vacuums Ok?

Does anyone know if backpack type vacuums are OK to use?

I just found on the Medtronic website:

Listed as Minimal Risk

Maintain at least a 6-inch distance
between the item and your heart device:

• Vacuum Cleaner – from motor

I only used one 2 times and felt like
if affected the PM by increasing pacing.
