Hey,
I'm an active 45 year old and just wanted to add a quick note to say that two weeks out from my lead replacement and new PM, things are still going well and I feel almost 100%. Every now and then I'll use my left arm a little too much and my site will start to ache, but I still have about 10 pain pills left from when I was released from the hospital so that's covered. :)
Even thought things have gone pretty smooth, something about checking in here from time to time has made things easier...
So there you go. Thanks everybody.

Good to hear that you are doing well. Only two weeks and you are so positive. You are an example to all.
I have now started cycling and managed quite well for 9 miles. I have done this three times now.
My appointment is next week when I hope to get all the final adjustments so that I can get on with my life.
Like yourself a quick check on the site makes things better.
Take care
