Book ideas?

Okay, so people have been telling me to write a book for a long time now, they all want to know how I deal with things as a teenager. The daily struggles I have and basically how I get through the things that average teenagers do. I sat down and started thinking about what I could say and how to say it. I came to the conclusion that there is no possible way to do this book alone. I need input from everyone, things you go through things we need to talk about I basically need you guys to give me topics to talk about. Thank you all so, so much!

Seems like if you got input from us old folks than your book really wouldn't be about you then, now would it?

I think you should just start writing your ideas down on paper. Create an outline of how you want your book to go, and what you want to say. Ideas:

**Talk about your family, the day you were born, and what health problems (if any) you were born with.

** When you were diagnosed with your heart condition, and discuss in detail all about it.

** Living daily life with your heart condition, pacemaker, or other health ailments. An entire chapter can be devoted to school life experiences, another chapter can be doctor's visits, surgeries etc.

** How your family, and how others accept your condition.

** The future? what are your plans, goals, and the reasons why? How has living with a health problem been for you? Any ideas on how to make your situation better (being a teenager with a health issue)?

** Ideas on how to cope, say if another teenager (your audience) read your book, what do you want them to take from it? Knowledge of you, knowledge of your health problem, advice for other people with similar conditions, etc.

Hope this helps. It's YOUR book, write about what you want, think, or feel.

I think a book that seemed you were answering people's questions, or talking solely about topics other people wanted to hear would be boring. (In the sense if that was the entire book.) Possibly, if that's an idea you have, you can devote a chapter to questions that people have asked you, and you can write the answers to them, but I wouldn't build an entire book just on that.

Good luck,
Angelie

I love your book idea. I have been working on mine for sometime now. I don't think anybody can really tell you what to write about.
I will come up with ideas in the night and have to get up and write them down sometimes. I change my mind on things often but overall I just write about what I feel like at the time and then will place it all together at some point. It's a process. I wish you luck on your writing adventure and look forward to reading it.

Take care!
