Medical alert systems with cell call capability.

My sister and I, in different locations, both each recently got pacemakers.  Both live alone, in our 70s, considering getting medical alert systems.  I researched  and found they are all safe with pacemakers, but only seem to consider home-based systems that have pendant that connects to base to home phone via bluetooth.  Since we both are still active and get out, we were considering the on-the-go models that have built-in cell call capability with GPS and and fall-detection.  But, worn on a pendant, it seems the cell phone call capability right over the heart, would not be allowed.  Anything I look up seems to ignore all but the home-based systems.
Anyone have any info or thoughts on this?

My neighbor has one that's somehow tied to an app on his phone. It goes wherever he is. He wears nothing around the neck. It is a bracelet.

He did fall and was unable to move to get help. He laid on the floor a full day until a nephew went to the house and broke in to find him. After that, his sons set him up with whatever this is. He doesn't have to press a button. He fell after getting this and it then asked him aloud if he wants them to call an ambulance. If he didn't answer, it would do so. He doesn't have a pacemaker. But the point being, he doesn't wear anything around his neck.

I have a well tuned pacer. I hardly know I have it. I am 76 year old, hike and camp alone in the desert. I have more energy than I have had in a long time. The only problem is my wife wants to have a knob installed so she can turn the pacer down.
