If you search past posts (itty bitty round icon at the top right) this comes up regularly. My understanding is MIG and TIG are ok but ARC is not.

I don't weld, but I would want some reassurance first
There are welders on the forum so try searching posts.
A quick look at Google reports significant RFI at the same frequency (2.4-GHz) as used either in the device to communicate (Bluetooth), WiFi etc.
Radiation falls off quickly with distance from the source, but it's too risky to give any suggestions.
