Hi all
Does anyone know whether it's safe to use blue tooth ear buds with a pmkr?
Thank you

Bluetooth

Bluetooth, or the radio frequency and transmission protocol it uses has been around for a along time now and is pretty much unavoidable on the urban environment.
It's short range and low power.
I guess you use them with a mobile phone which uses the same frequencie, as do newer pacemakers.
If there were problems, they would have come to light a long time ago.
Reputable companies using radio communications are highly regulated and have to meet tight national standards.
It would be highly unlikely that pacemaker designers and manufacturers would incorporate BT without taking into account any possible interference.
The only risk I can think of is someone messing around with equipment outside legislation.
You know you're wired when...
Your life has spark.
