Patient App

Has anyone figured out how to get the Patient App to work?  I just get a message saying there's a problem with the connection.  I tried everything.  I would appreciate any help you can give me.  I have an iphone SE.

Thank you!

An idea?

Sharjoy, since you have been having this problem for a few weeks, I would take the monitor and your iPhone into your pacing clinic to have it set up (paired), to make sure that it works adequately with your iPhone.  Might be a lot quicker and more reassuring.  This is what I did with my iPhone and Medtronic monitor.  I see you have a CardioMessenger Smart, Biotronik.

It looks as though your CardioMessenger Smart can link directly with your heart device through bluetooth and since it is the size of a mobile device, I would make an appointment with your pacing clinic and get it checked and take your iPhone too, to get it paired.  Have you spoken to your clinic to see whether they are receiving transmissions (depending on how often they are required)?

Call your clinic..

Or you can call Biotronik. Here is their info along with a fill in support request. Have you tried that yet?
