MyCareLink Heart App

I had my pacer implanted in 2021. I use MyCareLink Heart as my remote tracker anyone else out there tha uses the same App on there iPhone. The app does for the most part work well but I do have one problem. On the dashboard of the app the is a tile for physical activity. It tracks for daily weekly and monthly. My problem is every 2-3 weeks it will go blank and after a day or 2 comes back. I like to see it and trust it. My fear is if it goes blank how am I to know the rest of the apps working. I have the latest version and iOS. When I call Medtronics about this they give me the rundaround and never seem to tell me why. Anyone else use this app and if so do you have similar problems.

Mine is constantly losing connection. Several times Rhythm Management will call me to send them a transmission. It doesn't work and they know it's not going to work because that is why they called me. It's annoying because I'll have to sit on the phone with Medtronic along with Rhythm Management for 45 minutes while they blame my phone .. every time it has been on their end. I am current'y not connected and it's been over a week with no callback. I told them to call me back when they figure it out. I'm not worried as I never had this APP previously and I got along just fine. IF something happens, I'll be in an ambulance on my way to the hospital and the app isn't going to change that.I think connection problems are common with this app.
