JMC43 have you found the cause of the rapid decline in your VO@ max . My VO2 max declined from 30 to 16.8 in 2 months.

I wouldn't say I had a rapid decline but gradual decline. I think if you have the PM controlling the atrial rate as you exercise and recover from exercise it may affect your VO2 max. It's not a normal way the heart exercises or recovers. Second could be the device type. Apple only counts outdoor activities like running or walking. So if you had a decline in those activities, it can effect the numbers
