Laurette,

It does seem to be taking a while to settle and I hope things improve for you from now on.  I do remember my arm and shoulder and the area around the device being rather delicate for longer than I was expecting.  Certainly doctors do not always prepare us for a recovery that could last considerably longer than the stated time of recovery - anything from 48 hours to 7 days I was quoted.

Not sure what is causing your "wobbly leg feeling", although I haven't reviewed your history?  I expect you will have a few questions to ask your doctors when you see them.  With 11 weeks behind you, it should progressively get better from now on.

Thank you for the reply, and yes I have a list of questions when I see the Pacemaker clinic and Cardiologist.

You know you're wired when...

Your old device becomes a paper weight for your desk.

I am just thankful that I am alive and that even though I have this pacemaker it is not the end of the world.
