Pacemakers themselves do not cause a drop in energy levels. You might benefit from further investigation by your doctor.

Ideally, you should experience improved energy. The purpose of getting a pacemaker is to make you able to live better, possibly longer, with the heart condition you have. When the heartbeat is more regular and faster, most people feel better, more positive, life is just a little easier.
A feeling of low energy has many, many causes. If it continues it's something to discuss with your doctor. It's possible your pacemaker needs some adjustment to help you feel the best you can.

No it shouldn't cause this. Pacing should increase potential for exercise because the heart should function better. A well chosen and suitably programmed pacemaker will help most people achieve this.
There are factors linked to pacing such as meds, cardiac conditions, programming and psychological issues which may need to be considered if you feel very tired despite pacing.
