Bloated stomach , extreme heartburn and swelling spreading

This is a toughie to describe .

Almost overnight I started getting extreme indigestion and heartburn .

Horrific acid burning all the way up to my throat,  occurs middle of the night .

My stomach is now bloated as well .

This all in the last 3 days .

My procedure was 4 weeks ago and the wound and area surrounding the pacemaker still fee very tender

And now I have noticed the tenderness upwards near the collarbone.

Slight dizzy spell today ,although was dehydrated.

Anyone ever suffer these syptoms . .??

Sorry to hear you are suffering.  Sounds more like a food issue then a pacemaker problem.  You might watch what you are eating.  Keep a food journal and see the reactions after you eat .  I know that brocolli gives me gas along with beans.  I take beano that reduces the bloating as gas, also causes bloated stomach.     which could be why                                                Sleep with your head slightly elevated.  Also could be too much water can cause bloating.

Bloating

The change in tenderness around the collar bone would concern the the most.   Are there any signs of infection?  If so, get to the ER ASAP!

You should see a doctor in any case.  It sounds like a GI problem but perhaps not.  Gallstones can give these sorts of symptoms, too. Get it checked out if for no other reason than "it sucks".

Swelling is concerning

If your swelling is spreading , it's a concern. You should contact the pacemaker implant team right away.

I got pacemaker 6 weeks ago. They had to put it on my right side but right side already had another surgery for aorta repair. So for me the whole right chest area was tender especially the pocket for pacemaker. It kept improving and that area is still slightly tender but it didn't spread. I have started using right arm more and more and get tenderness due to activity. But if swelling occurred again I would call my doctor or their nursing team and get it looked at.

so i have been doing a spinning class with no left arm

My eight year old son had a pacemaker since he was 6 months old. He does very well, plays soccer, baseball, and rides his bike. I am so glad he is not ashamed of his pacemaker. He will proudly show his "battery" to anyone.
