SSS+CI; Running better than Cycling; Boston Proponent,

Hi everyone,

my PM is 1 year old now. I have tried many settings. With accelerometer on level 16 and minute ventilation sensor on level 9 I have a max heart rate 160-165 during running, but max 145 during cycling.

What are the best settings you know?

The best settings are always what optimizes your quality of life. There is no "best" for everyone.

always what makes your quality of life the. Best

Yes, exactly! It's what we all want…

But the combined adjustment of the 2 sensors can be sophisticated.

I hope, you or somebody have some experience, recommendations, references or recipes.

There isn't one answer. Everyone is different and their needs are different. You just need to find a competent device tech and maybe an EP who will help set it up while on a stationary bike.

There are just too many permutations of settings to guess. It would be like two people having identical eyeglass prescriptions

I have found.

At least my good friend that uses MV and XL is that they should be 2 points away from each other. XL 16 should have a 14 MV. Maybe start there and go from there. Just a thought. But like Agent said, it's very individual. It's also a give and take. So you may not like a setting while doing xxxx but it works great for xxxx so it's worth the trade. It's hard to find it perfect in all situations.

No one fits all

I think there are some adjustment principles, not for all the same, but for the running -cycling sportspeople with SSS+CI similar.

You know you're wired when...

You have a maintenance schedule just like your car.
