As Pace suggested-dehydration is a biggie. You need more water now. Healing takes time. Be patient with yourself. Your heart has been messed with as well as other parts. Rest. Drink up. Sleep. Give it time. You will be better as time moves along.
Dizziness happens

Like nausea, headaches, and runny noses, dizziness is a very common symptom that can have a thousand possible causes, most of the transitory and not a sign of a serious problem.
It's can be easy, since a pacemaker may be the only heart related medical device you've ever encountered, to wonder if everything you experience is caused by the pacemaker.
The sad truth is, you still have a whole body, and all the things that could have caused dizziness before can still cause dizziness in spite of the fact that you have a pacemaker.
I'd be willing to guess that at least 50% of our members experienced some dizziness at least once within 5 weeks of getting a pacemaker. I did. I was also taking a drug that dizziness is a well-known side effect of. But I'm sure other people had dizziness as well because bouts of dizziness, from all causes, are much more common in the over fifty crowd, but the most common is dehyrdration.
Why is that, you ask. Because even if you're healthy, one of the effects of aging is that as you age, you can get thirsty and not feel it. Seriously. It starts happening and you don't even know it's happening.
What I said when you asked about strange feelings still applies. Be alert for signs of infection and report them immediately to your medical team. Otherwise, try the usual home remedies. And what's the most common home remedy for a dizzy spell? You give the person a drink of water.

Thanks for the advice. I had settings PM settings tweaked and it seems to have helped.
