Exercising at HR over 140

Hi
I am not sure I follow your question. Are you asking how the PM in a rate adaptive mode would handle exercise induced HR over the MSR or MTR?

Thanks

I'll drop Frank a message thanks Gemita.
Hi Rch
My natural pacemaker works fine so I have no problem raising my heart rate but any settings I have been put on so far to enable ventricular pacing at higher heart rates means I am paced all of the time.
I was wondering if it is possible to have basic minimum pacing until above 150bpm for example.
You know you're wired when...
Jerry & The Pacemakers is your favorite band.

Your anxiety is normal. It takes some of us a little time to adjust to the new friend. As much as they love you, family and friends without a device just cannot understand the adjustment we go through. That is why this site is so valuable.
Hope this helps

Member frankmcw2 is one of our Medtronic members with quite a lot of experience optimising his settings. He has helped me in the past. You might like to send him a private message with more information? He is certainly a member who believes that our Medtronic pacemakers can be made to perform well for us with the appropriate settings and that we may not need to look to another manufacturer for a solution.
You could ask whether he could kindly send his suggestion paper "Medtronic Adjustments for Multi-Sports Activities" or anything else relevant to help you? Frank I believe has worked with a Medtronic technician to get his settings optimised.
