Hi does anyone have an epicardal pacemaker? If so what is the surgery, hospital stay and recovery time, mine is due to be replaced for the first time?

I don't have epicardial but I suspect it's not much different. Assuming your leads are good, they'll go in where they did the last time, disconnect the old one and test the leads, connect the new one, close. The only reason they keep us overnight is usually new leads. Replacements are outpatient because they aren't worried about a new lead not staying put. B
I can't comment on recovery time, but mine was considerably shorter than the first time and I got by on Tylenol and ice only, nothing stronger. I'm on #5. It's mostly scar tissue so it's very minor compared to the first.
