You are making good progress

That is such good news and I hope that your progress continues.  I walked a similar distance after Day 2, but was much slower.  I hope your device is not too uncomfortable and that your wound is healing well.  It will get better each day now

Hooray indeed !

When I quickly read your message I thought you were telling us that you had walked eleven  miles in 22 minutes . I was about to demand a pacemaker like yours !

It's great that you are back in action so soon.... a positive attitude works wonders.

Well done.

Great to hear that! I have been walking 1 mile per day ever since day 2 and I am one week out today! I feel good but I never really had any symptoms mine was for severe bradycardia to 32. But now never goes below 50!!

Still have my super skin tight thin plastic dressing on. They said remove in 10 days, what about yours?

That is fantastic FG . Mine is set at 60. Mine went down to 28 right before surgery. So cool today that it went up to around 90 while walking. It was only going up to maybe 70 before when I walked even up hills . Incision looks good  I go in April 5 for inspection . My surgeon told me at four weeks I should be good to go . I can drive in five days . I am glad you are doing well .

On first take it looked like 11 miles in 22 minutes.

That would have been Captain Kirk stuff in warp speed 50.

1.1 miles isn't bad either.

I clocked up my first million steps this year by March 2023, equivalent to 400-miles. I fully expect to make that 4-million and 1600-miles by the end of the year.

That's a lot of steps and miles , mine is going to increase daily 😊

Hmm. Competition.

"first million steps this year by March 2023"

I just added mine up today.  2.3M steps for the first three months of 2023. My watch/app doesn't total miles.

I have had my pacer since 2005. At first it ruled my life. It took some time to calm down and make the mental adjustment. I had trouble sleeping and I worried a lot about pulling wires. Now I just live my life as I wish.
