It's safe after 6-8 weeks.
It will be a lot more comfortable if you can wait 6-12 months.
Depending on your placement, they may also want to do an ultrasound. If your pacer is covering breast tissue, it may partially block their view.

Google tells me that it's recommended to wait 6 months. However, you should check this advice with your implanting surgeon / EP and / or general doctor as your particular breast and general health circumstances may dictate a different timescale.
