Thank you for your powerful message Newriver.  I regularly fail to make every beat and every minute count.  We need a gentle reminder sometimes, don't we, before it is too late.

Thanks Newriver for your poetry. I am pacemaker dependent and quite often have a thought at the back of my mind about my device malfunctioning and what that would mean. I am trying my hardest to follow your thinking and just treasure what I have instead of worrying about things I can't control. Thank you for taking the time to send a kind and thoughtful message.
