Hi,
My Biotronik monitor has been working fine for the last year, by my bedside, but recently it has stopped sending reports to my hispital. I was given a new monitor and I checked my mobile data signal by my bed, all fine but still nothing.
They are trying to figure this out but I wondered if anyone else has had this same issue? Thanks, Julie

Our daughter (8) also has a Biotronik Home Monitor. The EP team can pull reports whenever they (or we) want. So far she did not have any problems with the monitor device.
I hope your issues will be fixed soon.
All the best!

Thank you both for your answers, when I find out what's happening I'll post it here. The clinician assured me it wouldn't be my pacemaker going wrong but it's a strange coincidence (and I've mentioned this recently on here) that at the same time I noticed that I wasn't sensing my pacemaker doing it's daily leads check. I usually sense this and that's what lead me to phone up my clinic, only to be told they'd not received a signal for a few weeks. So we shall see π³π₯΄

I emailed Biotronik this morning and someone rang me this afternoon, such a quick response, but I was out so they are ringing back Monday morning as they need me by my monitor π―π

Hi Jules,
could they fix your problem in the meantime? I would be interested to hear how your case continued. Hope all is good now!

Well, long story short, I'm told my pacemaker is fine but it's the monitor not sending anything on to the hospital, also not from the new monitor I tried. Then another person from the company rang and said she had a list of people to call about their monitors π― and that I should hear soon from my hospital to go in and get the settings checked. I'm intrigued to find out what it is as nothings been changed anywhere so I will update when I can...πβΊοΈ
P.S. I'm not supposed to feel anything during the lead test. It's never bothered me but I'll mention for sure and ask again why I'm not feeling that anymore.

Hi Jules, sorry I can't help with this one, but letting you know you were heard. It's my understanding that my EP clinic only gets quarterly reports from my Biotronik device; the device manufacturer gets some daily data but I think they're the only ones to have access to that data unless they would flag some anomaly and send it to the clinic - this hasn't happened to me...yet. Hope you get the situation resolved.
