Chest muscle pains?

Do you mean tightness or breathing pain or muscle twitches? Chest pain can mean many things. Are you breathless?
At this stage you certainly could be having muscle pulls and ant biting sensation as the tissues heal.
Thank you

If anything was amiss, it would manifest itself by now, Vicki. I had shooting pains at times, too. Healing of the muscles and nerves is a slow process where it's ok then a sudden jolt. Things have been disturbed in there. Our bodies are amazing at healing, though. Think of how we get a cut or bruise-a scab forms, it gets smaller and smaller then disappears.
Take a look at your incision site where the pacemaker went in. It's not completely healed. On the inside it's not healed yet either. It was seven months for me until I noticed that I was feeling *normal* again. My incision site was raised and red a long time looking like a piece of rope was laid there. Now it's just a thin, almost hard to find white inch and a half line. I don't think about it. It's been 18 months for me.
You will be ok. The pacemaker is doing its job 24/7. Hugs!
Thank you

I'm 35 and got my pacemaker a little over a year ago. It definitely is not a burden to me. In fact, I have more energy (which my husband enjoys), can do more things with my kids and have weight because of having the energy.
not normal

Any sudden changes or chest pain should be checked out asap.
The days you are tired and sore, what did you do the day before? Sometimes we aggravate the scar tissue. It can take a few months for it to fully heal and not be somewhat sensitive.
