Does anyone know if an apple watch will interfere with the St Jude Pacemaker?

No, the watch won't bother your pacemaker but the pacemaker may interfere with the heart monitoring functions. They are not recommended for those of us with pacemaker but no because it's dangerous, just that it may not read correctly and the automatic diagnostic (Afib, primarily) functions probably won't work properly.  The big thing is that the've not been "approved" for those with pacemakers.

It won't harm the pacer. I don't have the arrhythmia functions turned on on mine because I assumed they would not be accurate, but it's spot on most of the time with heart rate and great for tracking my workouts. I also like that it does O2 saturation. And play music and get texts and phone calls without pulling my phone out of my pocket while running. I'm on my second, love it.

The pacer systems are really very reliable. The main problem is the incompetent programming of them. If yours is working well for you, get on with life and enjoy it. You probably are more at risk of problems with a valve job than the pacer.
