I have had Covid and experienced sharp chest pain at that time. Although Covid is a viral infection, it is still possible to have other causes for your sharp chest pain - from pleurisy, to a bacterial infection requiring antibiotics, to a heart condition - which is why it is important to consult a doctor for advice if you haven't already done so?
I hope your symptoms ease quickly. My symptoms eased but only after three courses of different antibiotics for a bacterial throat/chest infection following a debilitating Covid attack at the start of the pandemic prior to vaccination
