Vibrate

I dont know if it was a dream or something, but do pacamakers vibrate (like phone vibration) ?? 

I think I dreamt or it happened in my sleep through the night ( I am not sure), but it was very scary.

Bad vibrations

Some pacemakers vibrate to tell you that something's wrong.  Some will emit tones. Some  won't do either (you can likely look up the manual for your exact model.

In any case, it may be warning you of something bad (warnings are never good) and you should call your doctor ASAP.
