I got a pacemaker a few months ago. Since the beginning I was very sluggish. Went to the dr to have it tweeked. For about 3 weeks I had a ton of energy and felt great. Now I am back to sluggish and nap taking. I am 68 and have always been rather hyper. Is this to be expected or do I need to see the doctor again. I loved the energy level after the tweek. My husband said I needed to go back and have untweeked. lol Any suggestions. I am new at this and have no idea what to expect. Thanks in advance.

When in doubt

I believe when in doubt, call the doctor. Especially since you are so new to this. I am 20 years in and 55. I can say it doesn't hurt to ask, but can hurt if you don't.
Best wishes on your journey.

Sorry you are having this problem. There could be many causes, maybe you are not drinking enough water, your medications. Or the food you eat, i know that is my problem.
Start a food journal after eating write down everything you eat, until you feel sluggish. Elminate all that food for 6 weeks, than put back in 1 at a time. Hopfully you will not react, if you do , Then that food(s) you should not eat.
