Covid vaccine

I'm getting my first Covid vacine on Friday, a little anxious because of bradycardia and pacemaker. Has anyone had Pfizer shot with pacemaker? Any side effects?

I'm very sensitive to medicines too, allergic to cortisone, penecillin. Thank you for your input. Many say it's still ok to get the vaccine.

I had the two Moderna shots in March and had no reaction from the first and after the second shot a slight rise in temperature, 99.1 which only lasted a few hours.  Then a mild rash, Moderna arm, which I had read about and which went away after a few days. It was a relief to get the vaccination and I will get the booster when recommended.

At least for the Moderna one we sat in a separate section  for 15 minutes after getting the vaccine to make sure we did not have an allergic reaction.  Nurses were right there in case with an Epi Pen. Heard if you did the drive though location you put your car into a separate location and waited.

These vaccines do not contain what you are allegic to..

Should I take the shot in the right arm because my pacemaker is on the left?  Or doesn't it matter?

it doesn't matter which arm

Had my pfizer shot 14 days ago...minor sore arm at prick point...thats it...(interesting in that with my flu jab last year I ended up on a drip for 3 days as the site got infected and I wasnt too flash,) so I was a tad nervous about the vaccine prick.
