Yes, they do get along OK if they are behind the ear type.
If you need a box/chest hearing aid, I think I would position it on the opposite side to the pacemaker and all will be well.

There should be no problem. The hearing aid may have a pretty powerful magnet in it but it's so tiny that it's not going to affect the PM. Any EMI (probably little to none) won't be a problem. In any case, any of these questions should be asked of your EP. He has the final say (if you'r smart).
