Since today is 9/11 I wanted to thank the hero's who put their lives at risk saving so many people that day. We can not thank you enough!!!!
I wish I could give you all a big hug and a kiss. No words can ever thank you enough. We are blessed to have you in our lives ( true living angels.)
So thank you, our hero's, no words can truly express our gratitude!

Great post idea, bini! Personally, I think it is too easy for Americans to become complacent about and desensitized to 9/11. I will never forget that day six years ago. I had just gotten up and gotten some orange juice and turned on the tv to watch the morning news like I did every day back then. I watched it ALL unfold right in front of me on live tv. I thought the world was ending. Really, I did! I didn't think it (planes crashing) was going to stop. I felt like the people in the 'old days' must have when there was no tv and they listened to Orsen Well's War of the Worlds on their radios and they thought it was all actually happening.
So, God Bless to all those who lost their lives, tried to save lives, lost loved ones, and sent friends and family members off to fight (many who have not returned). Your sacrifice is NOT forgotten.

i agree to all the heroes in the usa and canada who have given their lives in this awful war after 911. and in canada even tho brian mulroney says pierre trudeau did not serve in ww 2 he did work for intelligence to help the allies and worked underground. he was far more intelligent and no match at all for brian mulroney one of our past prime ministers who just wants to cry now and feel sorry for himself. i would like to know what war mr. mulroney served in . maureen
