Joining

I joined and was told I needed to reply to an email to be a member, but I never got that email. It also says that when someone replies to my post, I will get an email alerting me and I never have gotten anything. Am I a member?

When i first joined in Aug.2019, i recieved notifications when someone posted a coment to my question.  I also would recieve a notification when i recieved a private message.  All of a sudden both stopped.

I mentioned to Germita the other day and she said she would look into what happened.

The same thing happened to me, but I am seeing that it is allowing me to post anyway.

I too, never get notified of anything, but I can post and reply so it's all good, I guess.

I have reported to our main Admin that we are no longer receiving notification of Private Messages and notification of any Comments to our posted Messages and have been assured that this is being looked into.  I will now report the problem of lack of email notification on joining.  

It also happened to me on joining several years ago but it has not prevented me from posting messages/comments to messages, sending/receiving private messages, so please feel confident you are very much a member if you have no difficulties with these activities?
