life insurance

Hello,
Would anyone be able to suggest/reccomend any companies that will provide life insurance? I am finding it really difficult to get a policy for myself because of my pacemaker. Thank you!

Life Insurance

I have had several PM for 38 years now. First PM was at the age of seven. I had a small Life Insurance Policy through my father's work till the age of 18. I tried for years to get life insurance. I even called the State Department of Insurance to see if they had andy ideas. No help there. Many years later. I finally did life insurance through my work, and it was only when our companies insurance had, what they call an "open insurance period". You might check into that. Other wise the Insurance don't count "us' as to big of a risk. Funny huh?? You got to laugh or we will go crazy... Good luck

hi there,

i was told i was uninsurable.

i could only get life insurance that was offered at work..very low policy but it is something. i worked for a hospital with 1000's of employees. if i quit, my insurance would go. because i was disabled 4 years ago, my employer carries my policy as long as i stay disabled.

I can't get any insurance. Too high risk.

I can't even get life insurance, unless it is so high priced I can't afford it.

I have had heart attacks and seizures and now pm.

None of them will have me!!!!

I am 17.00 over the income limit for state medical help, crazy huh

Hi, You are fortunate to have even a small policy with your employer. As long as you are able keep your job! If you can find life insurance there will be so many disclaimers and exceptions because of your cardiac status that it might not even be worthwhile. You might get coverage for something like being struck by a car or lightening! I am not trying to be funny but it is the truth. But, if I were you I would keep looking and not give up without exhausting every vague possibility. Pray about it before you start your search if you are a praying person!
