Pacemakers as a rule don't make any noise, so if there is a noise, you probably should let your doctor know.
The problem is that if you tell your doctor something is happening that "can't" happen, you won't be believed.
Would it be possible to record the noise using your phone? It's worth a try.
Doctors do better when they have hard objective data that backs up what we tell them.

Hi, I had similar experiences, the noise that I hear is like heart beat, my doc just laugh at me and said that I'm too cautious and he mention that as time pass by I will be more relax and the sound will disappear. It did disappeared. Hope this help you and the noise that u experienced disappeared too.
