INTERVAL TRAINING

i've recently starting using a Bowflex M8 trainer which incorporates interval training-is this type of training suitable for pacemakers?

If you've been cleared for exercise, there are very few things we can't do. Full contact sports are about the only thing we shouldn't do. Don't do anything that puts pressure directly on your box or leads.  You can tell when something doesn't feel right. If you haven't worked out in a while, ease into it.

I wouldn't stress over checking those things out and perceive how they feel. One thing you should be cautious is with the burpees. My mentors don't let me do that since they are worried about me hitting my chest too hard off the ground.  http://www.assignmento.com
