electric start ignition

i have a push button ignition on my car  ever since i had new pacemaker put it i can feel my pacemaker  it is driving me crazy plus uncinfortable feeling any suggestuions

Is it only when the car is moving? It's possible the movement of the car is confusing the rate response and making the pacer think you are exercising. The ignition itself shouldn't be strong enough or close enough to cause any problems.
