PM with Breast implants

I had breast reconstruction surgery and have subpectoral implants.  I now need a PM.  Is there anyone that has fone thru this and can tell me about their experience?

I have not been through that, however my pacer is an unusual placement (submammary) and was done by a plastic surgeon.  I would highly recommend going that route. EP's know the heart, plastic surgeons know how to make things look and feel good. It took the stress off everyone. It was the easiest job of the day for the plastic surgeon and my ep could concentrate on what he does best. And I ended up with a super comfortable, nearly invisible pacer placement.

I finished 29th in London in 2 hours 20 minutes 30 seconds which is my fastest with or without a device so clearly it didn’t slow me down ! I had no problems apart from some slight chaffing on my scar - more Vaseline next time.
