Will Medtronic pay me for pain an suffering

Post new FX ICD lead replacement with bills pouring in. Will Medtronic cover anything in 2013 patients fx or are we on our own. I can get insurance to help but will I get $$ pain and suffering $$. Will not be using a attorney. Just want thtme to be fair with us. Sounds kinda bad to ask this question but I cant afford all of this stuff. PC Private email is great if you can advise
